- Well said. The end-user's perspective and ease of use should be at the
- top of the list in any project. I've had the opportunity to repair
- several projects where this thought was not kept in mind, it's
- certainly not my idea of fun.

- Technical support calls will take a large chunk out of any profit you
- might have made. Why not design with the end-user in mind right from
- the start? You'll have fewer changes to do later and a heck of a lot
- less tech support calls. You'll also have happier clients and a much
- better chance of getting return business.
